'Lizzie was friendly, helpful and had ideas about how to achieve the task in hand. Most of all Lizzie was free of judgement and in no way phased by the scale of the task (she would have had every right to be - over 30,000 unread emails!!) Lizzie reported back on progress by email and any extra time that would be needed. When finished we ran through, on zoom, everything completed and to make sure I understood how to set up further rules to enhance and upkeep the organisation of my inbox. A big thank you!
